For a guest with luggage, a pre-booked transfer or confirmed taxi is the practical route. KTEL can do the journey, but not directly: Airport to Parikia, Parikia to Naoussa, then Naoussa to Santa Maria. The final bus runs only 6 times on the dated board and ends at 18:00, so a flight delay can break the whole chain.

KTEL requires three buses via Naoussa and Parikia, with the first Santa Maria service at 11:15 and only eight dated airport departures from Parikia. Flight check-in planning and when one confirmed direct vehicle is the sensible option.

Airport–Parikia runs at 07:25, 09:00, 10:30, 12:30, 14:15, 17:30 and 20:20. Parikia–Naoussa has 30 departures, but Naoussa–Santa Maria runs only at 11:00, 12:30, 14:15, 15:00, 16:00 and 18:00. Work backwards from the 18:00 final leg; later airport buses cannot complete the full KTEL chain that evening.
Our practical verdict
This is a strong bookable transfer route because the public alternative has two unprotected changes and a limited final leg. Use KTEL only for a daytime arrival with light luggage and generous recovery time. Ask the provider to quote to the exact Santa Maria accommodation, not simply to Naoussa, because they are different endpoints.

KTEL labels this board as valid from 25 August through 10 September 2026. For travel on 24 August or after 10 September, open the operator's live timetable index before relying on a departure.
Build the three-bus journey backwards from that departure with recovery time at both changes. A later arrival needs a taxi, transfer, rental car or overnight alternative for the final journey.
The airport, Naoussa and Santa Maria buses are not a protected through service. Leave recovery time rather than using the last mathematical connection.
Santa Maria is not central Naoussa. Correct route matching prevents a guest being left with an unplanned final taxi or walk.
Use the exact property, not only the area name. Santa Maria stops and accommodation entrances are not interchangeable.
Add baggage collection and delay risk before judging whether the three-bus route works.
A transfer should state whether it ends at the property entrance or the nearest legal road point.

Take the airport bus to the main station beside Parikia port, change to Naoussa, then change again for Santa Maria. No bus is held for a late incoming service.
Build the journey backwards from a Naoussa–Santa Maria departure and leave a recovery bus at each change. Buy tickets before boarding where possible; onboard tickets cost more and payment is by card.

Join the airport rank or arrange a licensed taxi in advance and give the exact Santa Maria property pin. The national tariff is metered; there is no official fixed airport–Santa Maria price.
Confirm passengers, every bag, child seats, flight number and the meeting policy if the flight is delayed.

The driver meets the flight and travels directly to Santa Maria without the Parikia and Naoussa changes. This is the route transfer companies should price separately from airport–Naoussa.
Send the flight number, exact accommodation pin, passenger count and every bag. Confirm waiting time, delay monitoring, child seats and whether the quote ends at the property door.
Useful if the guest wants independent island travel
Collect the booked car, confirm the property parking instructions and drive to Santa Maria. A car is more valuable for a multi-day stay than for this transfer alone.
Check licence requirements, transmission, insurance exclusions, office hours, fuel rule and return location before paying.

Yes when the transfer arrives before a suitable Naoussa–Santa Maria departure, but the dated board's last bus is 18:00. For luggage or a late arrival, compare the through-transfer price to the exact property.
Ask separately for Paros Airport–Naoussa and Paros Airport–Santa Maria, with the same flight, passenger count, bags and child-seat needs. This reveals the real price of the final Santa Maria leg.
