These separate north-coast harbour villages place the boat closer to the coves and beaches east of Rethymno. Bali's harbour sits among a sequence of small bays; the exact swim bay remains product-specific.

Plakias and Preveli

Decode the itinerary name

Place names in a title do not always tell you where the boat boards, whether you land, or which features remain weather-dependent. Open each term before comparing listings.

“Rethymno harbour”

The city port has adjacent but different marina, passenger/commercial and Venetian-harbour zones. Your voucher needs a precise meeting point.

“Preveli”

Ask whether this means Preveli Beach, the offshore coast, the gorge landscape or the separate monastery. One name does not include all four.

“From Rethymno”
