Snorkeling for Beginners in Halkidiki — 3-Hour Guided Experience

This guided snorkeling session is built for first-timers. You start at the Triton Scuba Diving Center with a 20-minute safety and orientation briefing, then transfer to a selected snorkeling spot — typically Porto Valitsa Bay on the Kassandra peninsula. Instructors walk you through breathing techniques and gear use in shallow water before the group moves to deeper areas. There is no rush to progress. Instructors stay with participants throughout, giving as much time as needed in the shallows to build confidence. Once comfortable, you explore the reefs and underwater features at your own pace, encountering sponges, corals, and local fish species in the clear Aegean water. All equipment is provided for the day, and the session includes underwater photos and videos so you leave with a record of what you saw. Transfer from any hotel on the Kassandra peninsula is also included, so no independent transport to the dive center is required. The session runs twice daily — at 09:30 and 13:30 — year-round. A minimum of two participants is required to run the session. Groups are kept small to maintain the quality of instruction and personal attention.
