Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Flight & Sunset Catamaran Cruise from Hersonissos

The day begins well before sunrise with a hotel pickup and transfer to the balloon launch site. The flight covers the Lasithi Plateau — ancient windmills, traditional villages, and the mountain ridges of inland Crete visible below — and lasts between 30 and 40 minutes in the air. After landing, guests sit down to a Greek breakfast served with sparkling wine and receive a personalised flight certificate. In the late afternoon the group reconvenes at Hersonissos Port to board a catamaran for the 3.5-hour sunset cruise to Agios Georgios Bay. The route passes along the Cretan coastline and into the bay, where guests can explore a sea cave by water. Swimming, snorkelling, and SUP boards are available throughout the cruise. A sushi roll platter is served on deck, alongside unlimited drinks — white wine, Greek beer, soft drinks, and espresso. The catamaran returns as the evening sets in, completing what is genuinely a full day: from an early-morning hotel pickup to an evening return. The combo is capped at 8 guests per departure, in line with the balloon flight's basket capacity. Hotel pickup for the balloon flight is included from Heraklion and Malia; other areas on request. Cancellation policy: a refund is available only if the balloon flight is cancelled due to weather and cannot be rescheduled, or if a guest is unable to fly for a medical reason.
